The Pompadour Racecourse is one of the oldest and most renowned in France for races of Anglo-Arabs. Each meeting attracts owners, trainers and bettors from across Europe. In 2026, the calendar features 11 race days, from late May to early September.
New for 2026: the Imperial Casino of Pompadour opens on 2 May, just before the racing season starts. The races + casino combination will create a premium destination unique in France.

General entry accessible to all. Free for under-14s. VIP stand available with the best view when booking the restaurant for lunch.

Flat and jump racing depending on the meeting. Pompadour’s speciality: races of Anglo-Arabs, the emblematic breed of the National Stud Farm. Races for Arabian Thoroughbreds and AQPS are also on the programme.
